If change of circumstances - you can apply for a full refund up to 30 days before the event (10 January 2025) and 50% refund up to 14 days prior to the event (26 January 2025).
Pre Motor Show!
Receive your Dashcard
This will be emailed to you a few days prior to the show with the details of your vehicle.
The QR code provides your identification and your vehicle identification for entry to the event and for the Judges.
Print your Dashcard
The Dashcard will be provided as a pdf file and can be printed on an A4 piece of paper in black and white or colour.

Please help us to provide speedy entry:
- Display your Dashcard ready for entry (have Entry number at least)
- All passengers pre registered
- Join the Priority Lane
- or if vacancies exist
- Join the slow lane (allow 10-15 minutes for processing)
Clubs and groups - Park together
Must meet Priority Lane Conditions
- Add associated club or group when registering.
- Co-ordinate your travel to the reserve and arrive together

- Display your Dashcard clearly in vehicle
- The Judges will use QR code on Dashcard to identify your vehicle
- Display engine bay particularly for the judges
- No stickers on windows any more - judges voting on mobile app
- Entry number must be visible for "People's Choice" voting
- Promote your vehicle to attract votes - be creative for the people's choice
