Registration for Vendor Site Now
- Read the Terms and Conditions
- Select "Vendor Ticket"
- Fill out the form questions
- Pay online
- Receive eticket by email

Entry is between 7:30 - 8:00 am
- Alert the traffic controllers that you are a registered vendor
- Have your eticket ready to be scanned upon arrival at check in point
- Follow directions to your site number provided (during few days prior to show)
- Travel at walking pace within the venue grounds at all times
- Setup your site ready to trade - adhering to all points in the terms and conditions
- A Rotary designated safety officer may inspect your setup
- Show commentator will endeavour to promote all vendors
- Self promotion and quality products will attract the most customers
END OF show
Stop trading 3 pm unless instructed otherwise
- Read the Terms and Conditions
- At the agreed time Pack up your stall safely
- All of your rubbish must be removed by vendor
- Public bins are for your customers use
- Wait until competitor vehicles have left the venue
- Proceed to exit along the designate routes at walking pace
